EXTENSION TO VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Dotz Nano Limited (ASX: DTZ) ( “Company” ) refers to the request for voluntary suspension on Thursday, 18 April 2019, pending an announcement on the proposed share placement ( “Capital Raising” ).

The Company anticipates that the suspension will remain in place until the release of an announcement regarding this Capital Raising, which is expected to be Tuesday, 30 April 2019.
