DOTZ NANO SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH MAINAMI HOLDINGS IN JAPAN

• Dotz Nano signs exclusive distribution agreement with Mainami Boeki Co., Ltd. a privately held holding company that will distribute Dotz Nano’s product in Japan.

• Mainami will market Dotz Nano’s GQDs to clients ranging from commercial organizations located in Japan and research institutes and laboratories operating in the advanced material sector.

• Additional applications Mainami will develop and market Dotz GQDs to are in the anti-counterfeiting industry such as currency, paper, inks and oil and fuel products.

• The Distribution Agreement was signed in accordance with a previously announced Memorandum of Understanding signed by the parties in November 2016.

Perth, Australia – Dotz Nano Limited (“Dotz Nano” or the “Company”) , a nano-technology company focusing on the development, manufacture, and commercialization of graphene quantum dots (GQDs), is pleased to announce that it has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Mainami Boeki Co., Ltd, a privately held holding company for the distribution and marketing of GQDs in Japan.

In addition to marketing and distribution in Japan, Mainami can also market Dotz Nano’s GQDs in the Pan-Asian region, but on a non-exclusive basis.

Mainami will focus on marketing and distributing Dotz Nano’s GQDs to various research establishments, and will also market large-sized shipments of GQDs to commercial organizations for use in a variety of applications in anti-counterfeiting, such as currencies, paper, ink, oil and fuel products, paint and dye applications, laundry detergents and more.

Commenting on the agreement, Dotz Nano’s CEO Dr. Moti Gross, stated: “We are extremely pleased to have signed this distribution agreement with Mainami Boeki, a very well placed holding company in Japan. With this agreement, Dotz Nano’s reach will extend into Japan and certain parts of Pan-Asia which will allow us to supply and service a large group of consumers that have a very specific market and product orientation.”
