REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 Dotz Nano Limited (“the Company”) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Monday, 24 July 2017 pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising to be able to take advantage of complementary non-dilutive grant funding (“Announcement”).
The suspension is requested until the Company makes the Announcement to the market, which it expects to make on or before the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 25 July 2017.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
