EXTENSION OF VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 Dotz Nano Limited (“the Company”) requests an extension of the voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 25 July 2017 pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising to be able to take advantage of complementary non-dilutive grant funding (“Announcement”).

The extension of suspension is requested until the Company makes the Announcement to the market, which it expects to make on or before the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 26 July 2017.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the extension of voluntary suspension should not be granted.
