ASX RELEASE

EXTENSION OF PROSPECTUS CLOSING DATE

The Directors of Northern Iron Limited (ASX: NFE) advise that the Company has extended the offer period for the Prospectus that was lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on 24 August 2016, as supplemented by a Supplementary Prospectus dated 1 September 2016.

This has been necessary due to the extended time needed for distributing the supplementary prospectus to all applicants. The Offers have been significantly oversubscribed.

The Closing Date of the Offers is now 5.00 pm WST on Monday, 12 September 2016.
