DOTZ BOARD CHANGES
Dotz Nano Limited (ASX: DTZ) (“Dotz” or “Company”) an advanced technology company developing, manufacturing and commercialising marking, tracing and verification solutions, advises of the following changes to the Board.
Non-Executive Directors Ashley Krongold and John Bullwinkel have resigned as Directors, effective immediately.
Chairman Bernie Brookes said, “Like most companies, Dotz has spent the past week reviewing all company expenditure to minimise the impact of COVID-19. During this process, both Ashley and John tendered their resignations to minimise company expenses, allowing those funds to be used to focus on sales and marketing efforts.
“The Board and I would like to thank Ashley and John for their significant contribution to the company. Ashley was a founding shareholder of Dotz, and both have been involved in transitioning the company from its research and development phase to commercialisation. We wish them all the very best in their future endeavours.”
“We will now operate as a Board of three, including current CEO Uzi Breier.”
