Technology. What are Quantum dots?

Graphene Quantum Dots (GQDs) are a nontoxic advanced material made from carbon sources. Dotz has developed 50 different families

Dotz’s Diagnostic Solution.

• US$2.1m purchase order from UAE-based Hygiene Links for the six-month supply of Dotz Test Kits for use in the UAE, Egypt and Sudan

• Distribution agreement grants Hygiene Links the exclusive right to sell the Dotz Test Kits in the UAE, Egypt and Sudan for a two-year period, provided minimum orders are met

• Obtained CE Mark authorisation for nasopharyngeal and saliva-based Dotz Test Kits

• Clears the product for sale in the European Union (some countries will have additional regulatory requirements)

• Successful blind clinical trial on 73 subjects in the USA*

• 96.7% accurate in positively detecting SARS-CoV-2

• 100% specificity – ability to identify SARS-CoV-2 without being triggered by other viruses

• Test results within 15-17 minutes (when using two heating blocks)

• Visual detection by colour change of the reagents

• US FDA Emergency Use Authorisation (EUA) approval has been submitted and is subject to approval

• Entered into a non-exclusive manufacturing agreement with USA-based Systaaq Diagnostic Products to manufacture the Dotz Test Kits, and to export the Dotz Test Kits to Hygiene Links in the UAE

Active V-SRD with Dotz.

• Verifiable surface sanitisation solution

• Demonstrated success in experimental conditions that reflected real conditions as much as possible over the following key time periods: 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours

• Five-year supply and distribution agreements with Zohar Dalia – Israel’s largest manufacturer and supplier of detergents and cleaning products

• Under exclusive supply agreement, Dotz will supply its non-toxic molecular makers and detectors for use with Zohar Dalia’s slow-release disinfectant

• Non-exclusive distribution agreement enables Dotz to promote and sell the Active V-SRD product in multiple approved markets, including the UK, India, Italy, France, Australia, Germany, Spain and throughout Africa

• Follows successful pilot where Dotz marked 1,000 litres of Zohar Dalia’s disinfectant to verify proper surface sanitisation within Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport and other public places
