ASX RELEASE

AMENDMENT TO NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On 2 August 2016 Northern Iron Limited (ASX: NFE ) ( Company ) released its Notice of Annual General Meeting ( Notice ).

Schedule 5 of the Notice sets out the pro forma balance sheet based on the assumption of an acceptance of full oversubscriptions for an additional $1,000,000 to raise a total of $6,000,000 under the Capital Raising (as defined in the Notice) at a capital raising price of $0.20.

The Company wishes to advise that, in relation to Schedule 5, pages 76 and 77 of the Notice were included in error, and subsequently, those pages should be omitted from the Notice. Shareholders are advised to disregard pages 76 and 77 of the Notice, and read Schedule 5 as if it were to commence at page 78.
