Grant of Options

dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that pursuant to the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme, on 28 June 2017, the Company granted a total of 230,985 options over ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.08% of dotdigital's total voting rights. The exercise price for these options is 68.5 pence, being the mid market closing price on 28 June 2017 and they will expire on 30 June 2022. These options are being granted to employees of the business, one of which is a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") as detailed below.

Following these grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 2,540,145 representing 0.86% of dotdigital's total voting rights.
