Dotdigital Group (AIM: DOTD), the leading SaaS provider of an AI-powered customer experience and data platform for intelligent, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2025 to shareholders. The annual report is also available on the Company's website (https://www.dotdigitalgroup.com/investor-relations).

The AGM will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, 11 December 2025 at the offices of Dotdigital, No1 London Bridge, London SE1 9BG.
