Dotdigital Group plc  (AIM: DOTD), the leading SaaS provider of an all-in-one customer experience and data platform (CXDP), announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2024 to shareholders. The annual report is also available on the Company's website ( https://www.dotdigitalgroup.com/investor-relations ).

Our Annual General Meeting will take place at No1 London Bridge, London, SE1 9BG on Wednesday 18 December 2024. It will start at 11:00 a.m.

We would also like to strongly encourage all our shareholders to vote on the resolutions by proxy before the deadline of 16 December 2024.
