Grant of Options

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announces that it has today granted a total of 3,655,860 options over ordinary shares in the Company, representing 1.32% of dotDigital's issued share capital. The exercise price for these options is 18.25p, being the mid closing share price on 14th October. These options are being granted to 7 key employees.

Following this grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 19,673,790 representing 7.13% of dotDigital's current issued share capital.
