dotdigital Group Plc (AIM: DOTD),  a global provider of intuitive email and multi-channel marketing automation software (under the 'dotmailer' platform)  today announces that it has been awarded global Platinum Partner status by Magento Commerce, the leading provider of open omnichannel innovation.  Magento Commerce today announced the launch of the Platinum Partner tier to deepen its collaboration with segment leaders in key categories of greatest interest to merchants (https://magento.com/company/press-room/press-releases/magento-commerce-develops-deeper-technology-partnerships).   

dotmailer is one of two initial platinum partners and is the first and only email and multi-channel marketing automation global technology at the Platinum Partner level.

dotmailer initially launched a connector for the Magento open commerce platform in September 2013.  Since then, dotmailer has been selected as the email and marketing application of choice for merchants seeking to unlock the potential of their customer data to engage customers and increase sales.
