Grant of Options

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, is pleased to announce that pursuant to granting of options under the Group's approved Enterprise Management Incentive Share Option Scheme, the Company has today granted a total of 1,525,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.54% of dotdidgital's current issued share capital. The exercise price for these options is 28.5 pence being the mid closing share price on 14th October 2014. These options are being granted to 5 key employees.

Following this grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 13,727,724 representing 4.83% of dotdigital's current issued share capital.
