NOMAD AND JOINT BROKER APPOINTMENT

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces  the appointment of a new NOMAD and Joint Broker. N+1 Singer has been appointed as NOMAD and Broker with finnCap being appointed as Joint Broker.

Commenting on the two appointments, Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive Officer of dotDigital said: "We are delighted to have appointed both N+1 Singer and finnCap to work with dotDigital as part of our advisory team to assist in the next stage of the Company's development. We plan to issue a pre-close trading update in mid-August."
