The company has received notification from Helium Special Situations Fund, stating that they have disposed ordinary shares in the company to satisfy institutional demand. As a result they now have an interest in 21,751,000 ordinary shares which represents 8.43 per cent* of the company's issued share capital.

*This percentage shareholding is based on shares in issue figure of 275,932,065 ordinary shares.
