ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2025

Dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading SaaS provider of an all-in-one customer experience and data platform (CXDP), held its AGM at No1 London Bridge, London, SE1 9BG at 11.00am today.

The Board is pleased to announce that all thirteen Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution nine relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 1.21 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2025, an uplift of 10% over last year regarding the Final Dividends. The dividend will be paid on 30 January 2026 to those shareholders on the register on 9 January 2026.
