Liontrust Investment Partners Increases Shareholding to 20.22%

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it has received a TR1 from Liontrust Investment Partners LLP ("Liontrust"), a longstanding shareholder, confirming that it has again increased its shareholding in dotdigital to 59,730,575 Ordinary Shares which takes Liontrust's current position to 20.22%.
