Liontrust Increases Shareholding to over 12%

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it has received a TR1 from Liontrust Asset Management ("Liontrust"), a longstanding shareholder, that it has further increased its shareholding in the Company to 35,564,334 Ordinary Shares. This takes Liontrust's current position to just over 12%.
