Liontrust Asset Management Increases Shareholding

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that it has received a TR1 from Liontrust Asset Management ("Liontrust"), a longstanding shareholder, that it has increased its shareholding in the Company to 29,413,208.00 Ordinary Shares which takes Liontrust's current position to just over 10%.
