dotdigital Group Plc (the "Company") Notification of Major Interest - Polar Capital acquires 4.81% of the Company dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that the Company has been notified by Polar Capital LLP that it has acquired 14,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company, representing approximately 4.81% of the Company's total voting rights.  The full TR1 form is set out below:
