Notification of Major Interest - Liontrust

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of services based upon intuitive 'Email Marketing - Software as a Service' ("SaaS Products") to digital marketing professionals, announces that the Company has today been notified by Lion Trust Investment Partners LLP ("Liontrust") that it has increased its shareholding to 14,101,527 Ordinary Shares, representing  a 5.11% shareholding in the Company.

Commenting on the announcement , Frank Beechinor, Chairman said:

"We are delighted to have Liontrust as a significant shareholder in dotDigital. We have continually said that it is one of the Board's priorities to maintain and strengthen our blue chip shareholder base.
