Directors' Share Purchases/PDMR Shareholding
Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, has been informed of purchases of ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by certain executive and non-executive directors of the Company on 7 March 2022. Details of the purchases are set out below:
| - | Milan Patel, CEO of the Company, purchased 18,518 Ordinary Shares at a price of 54 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Patel has an interest in 1,594,445 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.53 per cent of issued share capital of the Company. |
| - | George Kasparian, Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company, purchased 9,180 Ordinary Shares at a price of 54.3 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Kasparian has an interest in 126,192 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent of issued share capital of the Company |
| - | Mike O'Leary, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 36,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 54.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. O'Leary has an interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent of issued share capital of the Company. |
| - | Boris Huard, Non-executive director of the Company, purchased 72,384 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 56.2 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Huard has an interest in 95,084 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent of issued share capital of the Company. |
| - | Liz Richards, Non-executive director of the Company, purchased 42,669 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 59.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mrs. Richards has an interest in 42,669 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent of issued share capital of the Company. |
