Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, has been informed that the wife of Milan Patel, CEO of the Company, purchased 36,737 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.0157 pence per Ordinary Share on 8 March 2022. Following this transaction, Mr. Patel and his persons closely associated ("PCA"s) have an interest in 1,631,182 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55 per cent of issued share capital of the Company.
