dotDigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, has been informed that Alistair Gurney, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 27,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 93.10 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 December 2022. Following this transaction, Mr. Gurney and his persons closely associated ("PCA"s) have an interest in 27,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.009 per cent of issued share capital of the Company.
