Director/PDMR Shareholding

dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, was today informed that Mike O'Leary, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, today purchased 14,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 148.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Mr O'Leary has an interest in 14,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent of issued share capital of the Company. The Ordinary Shares are held in a nominee account owned jointly between Mr O'Leary and his wife, Judith O'Leary.
