Grant of Options

On 24 October 2018 the following share awards of ordinary shares of 0.5 pence in dotdigital Group PLC were granted under the dotdigital Performance Share Plan 2017, which was approved by shareholders at the December 2017 AGM, to the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities:

The awards have an exercise price of 0.5 pence per share and become exercisable subject to continued employment and performance based on the Company's total shareholder return.

Following this grant of options, the total number of share options outstanding will be 3,053,065 representing 1.03% of dotdigital's total voting rights.
