dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") have been sold by Simon Bird, Director, who is considered to be a person discharging managerial responsibilities "PDMR".

The transaction has been undertaken to fund personal liabilities that arose as a consequence of changes to Mr Bird's family circumstances.
