Director/PDMR Shareholding

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that the Company was informed on 18 November 2016 that Tink Taylor (a Founding Director) and Peter Simmonds (retired CEO) of the Company, as detailed below reduced their holdings in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy strong demand from institutional investors.

* 1,477,972 of Peter Simmonds holdings/voting rights have been held by Frank Nominees Limited which acts as the nominee for Alliance Trust Pensions Limited, which is the trustee of a SIPP established by Peter Anthony Simmonds. Frank Nominees is the vehicle used by Kleinwort Benson Limited to hold securities for clients, trusts, SIPPs etc. The beneficiary of the SIPP is Peter Anthony Simmonds. The transaction above reflects a reduction in the SIPP holdings. Milan Patel, Interim CEO & CFO, commented:
