dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that the Company was informed on 7 March 2016 that certain Directors of the Company as detailed below reduced their holdings in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy strong demand from institutional investors.
