dotDigital Group Plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, was notified on 3rd November 2014 that on 31st October 2014, certain Directors of the Company, as detailed below, reduced their holdings in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), in order to satisfy strong demand from institutional investors:

* Frank Nominees Limited act as the nominees for the Alliance Trust Pensions Limited, which is the trustees of a SIPP established by Peter Simmonds. Frank Nominees is the vehicle used by Kleinwort Benson Limited. The beneficiary of the SIPP is Peter Simmonds. Following the disposal of shares, Peter's holding in the SIPP still remains at 6,077,972 which represents 2.14% of the issued share capital of the Company.  Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive, Commented:
