dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service and managed services to digital marketing professionals, was notified on 4th December that on 3rd December 2013, certain Directors of the Company as detailed below reduced their holdings in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in order to satisfy strong demand from institutional investors:

Following the disposal of shares from the SIPP, Peter's combined holding is 11,073,841 which represents 3.98% of the issued share capital. Peter Simmonds, Chief Executive, Commented:
