Appointment of Permanent CFO

dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation platform with email at its core, announces that Paraag Amin will be joining the Group as the Chief Financial Officer replacing Phillip Blundell, Interim CFO.

Paraag is a Chartered Financial Analyst, having qualified in 2004. Paraag has over 15 years' experience working as an analyst, Fund Manager and working with the public markets. He has previously held positions with Canaccord Genuity, Peel Hunt, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and has also previously founded his own business in the Digital Marketing Space.

He will be overseeing the finance and legal department and assisting the Group with the continuation of the successful strategy in growing this business.

He commences his executive role and will join the Board of Directors on 5 February 2018.
