INTERIM BOARD CHANGES

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, announces that Simone Barratt, CEO, has undergone surgery in early January which has been successful.  Following surgery and as part of her recovery treatment process she is unable to travel to the office. Whilst Simone will remain involved in the business and will continue to participate remotely, she and the Board have felt it prudent to put a revised interim and on-site leadership structure in place for this 6 month period. 

For this period Milan Patel, CFO, steps into an Interim CEO and CFO role.  He is supported by Sharon Head, COO and Steve Shaw, CTO, whom have taken responsibility for some key strategic initiatives that are already underway including Magento Platinum, Channel Development and Project Cirrus. Both will continue to sit on the Operational Board.

In addition, Peter Simmonds dotdigital's former CEO, and current Non-Executive Director, will be returning to support Milan and his finance team one day a week.

Internationally, the business introduced a new sales-focussed leader in the USA office, Dan Morris, in early January.  Founder, Tink Taylor, will be focussing time in the next six months supporting Rohan Lock in building out dotmailer's APAC business.

With the adjustments outlined above, the Board is confident that the senior team is well placed to execute on the previously outlined strategy together with seeking out new opportunities for continued growth.
