Dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading SaaS provider of an all-in-one customer experience and data platform (CXDP) held its AGM at No1 London Bridge, London, SE1 9BG at 11.00am today
The Board is pleased to announce that all nine Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution 5 relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 1.0 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2023, an uplift of 2% over last year regarding the Final Dividends. The dividend will be paid on 31 January 2024 to those shareholders on the register on 12 January 2024.
