Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Dotdigital Group plc (AIM: DOTD), the leading 'SaaS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform, announces that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2022 to shareholders. The annual report is also available on the Company's website (https://www.dotdigitalgroup.com/investor-relations).
This includes a Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 11:00am on 21 December 2022 at No1 London Bridge, London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9BG.
Dotdigital is very keen to welcome shareholders in person to our 2022 AGM this year, particularly given the constraints faced in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Group would also like to strongly encourage all our shareholders to vote on the resolutions by proxy before the deadline of 19 December 2022.
