Dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading 'SAAS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform held its AGM at No1 London Bridge, London, SE1 9BG at 11.00am today
The Board is pleased to announce that all eleven Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution seven relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 0.98 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2022, an uplift of 14% over last year regarding the Final Dividends. The dividend will be paid on 31 January 2023 to those shareholders on the register on 13 January 2023.
