dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading 'SAAS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform held its AGM virtually at 11.00am today
The Board is pleased to announce that all nine Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution five relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 0.86 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2021, an uplift of 4% over last year regarding the Final Dividends. The dividend will be paid on 31 January 2022 to those shareholders on the register on 14 January 2022.
