ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2020
dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading 'SAAS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform held its AGM at 11.00am today virtually.
The Board is pleased to announce that all 11 Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution 7 relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 0.83 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2020, an uplift of 24% over the previous year. The dividend will be paid on 29 January 2021 to those shareholders on the register on 8 January 2021.
