Result of AGM

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading 'SAAS' provider of an omnichannel marketing automation and customer engagement platform held its AGM at 11.30am today at the Company's offices, No. 1 London Bridge, SE1 9BG.

The Board is pleased to announce that all ten Resolutions were duly passed, including Resolution six relating to the Directors recommending a final dividend of 0.67 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2019 (the "Final Dividend"), an uplift of 5% over the prior year final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2018. The Final Dividend will be paid on 31 January 2020 to those shareholders on the register on 10 January 2020.
