Annual General Meeting 2018

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals held its AGM at 11.30am today at the Company's offices, No. 1 London Bridge, SE1 9BG.

The Board is pleased to announce that all eleven Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution seven relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 0.64 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2018, an uplift of 17% over the prior year final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017. The dividend will be paid on 31 January 2019 to those shareholders on the register on 11 January 2019.
