ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2014

dotdigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals held its AGM at 11.30am today at the Company's offices, No. 1 London Bridge, SE1 9BG.

The Board is pleased to announce that all ten Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution 6 relating to the Directors recommending a Final Dividend of 0.2 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2014, an uplift of 100% over last year. This Dividend will be paid on 30 January 2015 to those shareholders on the register on 9 January 2015.
