ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: 2013

dotDigital Group Plc (AIM:DOTD), the leading provider of intuitive Software as a Service ("SaaS") and managed services to digital marketing professionals, held its AGM at 11.00am today at the Company's offices, Emmerson Studios, 4 - 8 Emmerson Street, London, SE1 9DU.

The Board is pleased to announce that all '9' Resolutions were duly passed including Resolution '6' relating to the Directors recommending a maiden final dividend of 0.1 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 30 June 2013.This inaugural dividendwill be paid on 31 January 2014 to those shareholders on the register on 10 January 2014.
