Doro receives final settlement from litigation against Emporia

Doro has reached a final settlement agreement against the Austrian competitor Emporia, including its German subsidiary, following a lawsuit in Sweden and Germany initiated by Doro in 2011. The lawsuit concerned infringements in Doro's registered design rights.

The final settlement agreement was reached on May 12, 2014 and contains that Emporia undertakes to cease and desist sales, marketing, advertisement and distribution of infringing products, the TellMe 200 and 210, after a certain period. The settlement also includes damages to Doro. The amount of damages will not be disclosed.
