Press release Lund, May 4, 2012 page 1 of 1
A court in The Hague in the Netherlands has dismissed Doro's suit claiming infringement of its intellectual rights. While the court found no cause to question the validity of Doro's registrations, it did not find that a specific telephone from a local supplier Fysics represented an infringement.
Jérôme Arnaud, President and CEO of Doro, says in a comment: "We work intensively and continuously with innovation, design and branding. That is why we also promptly and consistently challenge all infringements that might threaten our intellectual property rights. Earlier in 2011, we won three cases but this time the similarities have been judged too small by the Court. We won't comment on Court´s decision and keep our confidence in the strong international protection we have built up regarding our intellectual property."
