Acquisition of the third aircraft

Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited ("DNA3") and its wholly-owned subsidiary DNA Alpha Limited ("DNA Alpha") are pleased to announce that DNA Alpha, on 14 November 2013 purchased an Airbus A380-861 aircraft bearing manufacturer's serial number 134 (the "Aircraft") for the sum of US$245,000,000. 

DNA Alpha also entered into an Aircraft Operating Lease Agreement with Emirates pursuant to which the Aircraft would be leased to Emirates.

This Aircraft is the third acquired by the Company, the first having been delivered in August 2013 and the second in October 2013. The remaining Airbus A380 aircraft to be acquired pursuant to the Initial Investment Process outlined in the DNA3 Prospectus dated 20 June 2013 is anticipated to be purchased by the end  of 2013.

DNA3 is a Guernsey domiciled company with shares admitted to the official list of the Channel Islands Stock Exchange and to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE:DNA3).

DNA Alpha is a Guernsey domiciled company with pass through certificates admitted to listing on the Official List and trading on the Main Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange.

DNA3's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its Shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft (the "Assets"). 

To pursue its investment objective, DNA3 will seek to use the net proceeds of placings and other equity capital raisings, together with debt facilities (or instruments), to initially acquire Airbus A380 aircraft which will be leased to one or more major airlines.

The Company aims to provide Shareholders with an attractive total return comprising income, from distributions through the period of the Company's ownership of the Assets, and capital, upon the sale of the Assets.
