INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K/A REPORT

This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment No. 1") to the Report on Form 6-K of Dorian LPG Ltd. originally furnished to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") on November 6, 2014 (the "Original Form 6-K") is being furnished solely for the purpose of providing Interactive Data File disclosures as Exhibit 101.
