INSIDE INFORMATION QUARTERLY RESULTS OF SUBSIDIARY

This announcement is made by the board of directors of Dongyue Group Limited (the “ Company ”) pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Listing Rules ”) and the Inside Information Provision (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

Shandong Dongyue Organosilicone Materials Co., Ltd. ( 山東東岳有機硅材料股份有限公司 ) (“ Dongyue Organosilicone ”), a 57.75% owned subsidiary of the Company listed on ChiNext of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, has published its first quarterly report 2020 (the “ Quarterly Report ”) on the website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The Quarterly Report contains, among other things, unaudited financial information of Dongyue Organosilicone for the three months ended 31 March 2020 (the “ Quarterly Results ”) which was prepared in accordance with the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises formulated by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China.
