CHANGES OF COMPANY SECRETARY, QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT, FINANCIAL CONTROLLER AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of Directors (the ‘‘Board’’) of Dongyue Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) announces that Mr. Wong Kwok Kuen (‘‘Mr. Wong’’) resigned from his position as the Company secretary, qualified accountant, authorized representative and financial controller of the Company with effect from 3 July 2009 for personal reasons to further his career development.

Mr. Wong confirmed that he has no disagreement with any member of the Board and there is nothing that needs to be brought to the attention to the shareholders of the Company in relation to his resignation.

The Board further announces that Mr. Ng Kwok Choi (‘‘Mr. Ng’’) was appointed as the Company secretary, qualified accountant, authorized representative and financial controller of the Company with effect from 3 July 2009.

Mr. Ng is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Mr. Ng has over 14 years of experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Ng had worked in an international accounting firm in Hong Kong, and was responsible for accounting, finance and company secretarial matters for two listed companies in Hong Kong.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Wong for his valuable contribution to the Company and welcome Mr. Ng on his appointment.
