Update to ISIN Enablement Date for Return of Capital

Donegal Investment plc (the "Company") announces an update to the previously published timetable for the proposed return of capital to shareholders as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 04 November 2024.

Due to a technical adjustment, the ISIN enablement date for the new/revised ordinary shares has been amended. The updated timetable is as follows:

·      Previously Announced ISIN Enablement Date : 21 January 2025

·      New ISIN Enablement Date : 20 January 2025

This change does not affect other aspects of the corporate action.
